Unbelievable story out of Fort Lewis, Washington, in which five members of the Army Rangers had robbed a Tacoma bank this past summer, and one of the Rangers had visions of challenging the Hells Angels in British Columbia for control of some of the trades that they use to make money. Is bad really the new good, and are things that bad in the Rangers?
