I think I would probably pass out and be near death if my blood alcohol level was anywhere near that of the unfortunate two-year old Colorado Springs girl who was hospitalized on Sunday December 3rd. Luckily the girl has been now reported to be in good condition, great news to hear.
There's a possibility the whole thing is a totally unfortunate accident (vodka being mistaken for the water being used to mix in the infant's formula), but I have a feeling that the courts will find that the mother should have known what was in the bottle, especially if the now-missing boyfriend was driving the car where the mother mixed the formula for the girl.
