Yumm, Kobe beef, foie gras and Portobello mushrooms........it all adds up to a $110 (in U.S. dollars) hamburger, tasty enough to satisfy even the richest and wealthiest appetites in the world, though this burger is on the menu at the Four Seasons in Jakarta, Indonesia. Caviar dreams to all of those who partake in this offering, obviously the price is that high because of the quality of the ingredients, unlike other restaurants where one sometimes suspects that the charges for food are high just because the proprietor feels like making them that high.
