You've seen the t-shirts, now watch the television show! (at least to those who can get BBC3, sadly not available in these parts of the states). Yes, some of those yummy looking animals that wind up dead alongside the roadways of the nation, can wind up as a delicious, and money saving, main course on your plate. I dunno, all I see round here for the most part is opossums or skunks, and neither of those rate on my "must-eat" list, in this or in any lifetime. It's always sad though to see all of those deer rotting away, at least the less mangled ones, at least we can know that the meat's been tenderized.
