Sacrifices and compromises are a way of life for people. At some point, the devotion one individual spends usually subsides as other matters begin to take priority in terms of time and money. How nice to see that, for the last four years, a couple of New York Mets fans from Queens transplanted to Kansas City, Missouri for her work have a situation where he is able to continue his job working as a vendor at Shea Stadium (it's not like he needs the money, being a retired NYC firefighter).
