People, even the homeless vagrants who wander around the train tracks, the Helping Hands shelter and the city jail, will know exactly what city they are in. The newly built tower, which is close by all of the above areas, is located at the refurbished train station, right in the middle of town. The brick facade work is just about complete, which means that the electrical side of things, which will include the city name in illuminated letters, will be started shortly.
